This session is all about you. Share your organizing challenges, goals, and the spaces you want to transform. Help me understand:

  • The root causes of clutter and chaos in your space

  • The specific areas you want to sort, clean, and reorganize

I’ll listen carefully to fully grasp your unique situation and needs.

Assessment & Diagnosis

I’ll:

  • Clearly outline the key challenges you’re facing

  • Categorize the types of clutter (sentimental, practical, unnecessary, etc.)

  • Identify patterns in what accumulates and why

Strategic Planning

Together, we’ll:

  • Create a detailed list of all areas needing improvement

  • Develop a customized sorting system that works for your lifestyle

Hands-On Sorting Session

We’ll work side-by-side (virtually or in-person) to:

  • Go through items one by one

  • Categorize into: Keep, Donate, Sell, Discard

  • Implement organizational systems in real-time

Habit Formation

You’ll:

  • Begin practicing new spending and organizing habits

  • Learn maintenance strategies to prevent future clutter

Progress Check-In

After six months, we’ll:

  • Review what’s working well

  • Address any new challenges

  • Celebrate your progress!

Refresh Process

2nd and onward session

- Paid

Start to charge on an hourly basis, typically an organizing project takes at least 2 hours.

  • On-site: $50 - $70 per hour

  • (Currently on-site I only serve Blacksburg-Christiansburg-Roanoke VA region.)

  • The client will reimburse all sorting container or other materials costs.

Our Organizing Process

Step 1: Sorting Session (Virtual or On-site)
We'll schedule a time to meet virtually or at your home and begin by:

  • Sorting all items into four clear categories:

    • Keep (sort later, store)

    • Donate

    • Discard

    • Sell

Step 2: Action & Organization (sample actions)
We'll then:

  1. Immediately remove the discard and donate piles

  2. Find appropriate containers to organize your "keep" items

  3. For items to sell:

    • Help you create an eBay account (if needed)

    • Assist with photographing and recording items

    • Prepare complete selling listings

    • Get everything ready in your eBay account

  4. Give Feng Shui or positive energy boost tips.

  5. Tips on forming money saving tips or healthy spending habits.

Session Details
Each consultation lasts between 15 to 60 minutes. Typically, it takes one or two sessions to:

  • Understand the root causes of your disorganization

  • Session might be recorded

  • Review video footage showing your home's current condition

  • Determine if you'd like to hire me for a full organization project

  • Everything will be kept confidential

Market rate / $35 per hour (estimated)

All cleaning services are paid directly to the provider and are separate from organizing fees.

During my initial assessment when you hire me for organizing services, I will:

  • Evaluate whether your project would benefit from professional cleaning

  • Provide my recommendation based on your specific needs

  • Clearly state that cleaning services are completely optional
